FSM Online Course - and Proctored Exam
ONLINE COURSE - 1) pick your days to study 24/7 online 2) come in for your proctored test for 5 yr National certification and license.
- Ths class is for students that do well with self study, and those that just need a refresher before taking the test for license.
- We have one of the highest pass the test rates Nationally.
- ONLINE – 1) Study with our interesting Food Safety Manager Power Point Audio presentation.
• 2) Take your proctored test for National certification at our center. You have up to (2) two hours to complete the test, however, most people average a little over one hour. - Tests are given in English or Spanish/English.
- Other languages are available for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance, as we may need to special order it.
- Once you order this class you will be sent a course link and password good for up to one week.
- Call us to schedule your proctored test at our Academy test center. Test start times: Fridays 10 am, select Saturdays at 9 am, and select evenings at 5:30 pm. Monday - Thursday 10am and 1:00 pm.
- Your NATIONAL CERTIFICATION is good for up to five years.
- Maricopa County for three years.
- PASS THE TEST GUARANTEE! If you do not pass the test on your first time, you can re-take the online study course for free and retest in English or Spanish at our cost of $55

Food Safety Manager 5 year certification test. Test only, no class or pre-study.
- This can be done on the day of class for Liquor Managers.
- If you are re-certifying and feel confident about the FDA Federal Food Code laws and regulations, take the test without a pre-study course and instuctor Q and A.
- After you have ordered this please call to schedule your test time.

- Testing start times available are: Mondays and Fridays 11 am or 2 pm, some Saturdays 9 am, and select evenings at 5:30 pm.

However, if you prefer to take the test in Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Arabic, Modern Chinese, or Traditional Chinese, please allow 2 weeks to order your test. There is an additional cost of $45 to order the test in a second language, in addition to the class format that you choose.

- Tests can be ordered in Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Arabic, Modern Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. THIS IS AN ADD ON ONLY. IT MUST BE ORDERED WITH A TEST or CLASS and TEST.
- Call to see if we have the one you need in stock, or please allow 2 weeks for us to order and receive the test.
- The test questions will be in both English and in the second chosen language on the oposite page so you can go between the two.
